Geography of Melting Ice

This artwork aims to create an immersive painting installation which invites the viewer to explore the work by walking through and around it. It was made for the first Larnaca Biennale exhibition and located in an outside space in the heart of my hometown Larnaca in Cyprus.
For this installation I used materials like polyester for the painted elements in order to emphasise the transparency as well as to include the surrounding environment and architecture in the work. |
